Nandulia :: An Introduction



This blog is intended to let the world know about a common village of India.

Nandulia is a village of westen Uttar Pradesh, a northern state of India. I am born here..and whenever I visit this place I find completeness and tranquility. My India is Great cuz my village is so beautiful....

Nandulia is a very small village. According to the census in 2001, its population was 739 (Total): 401 (Male) and 338 (Female).

The village is blessed by fertile land for agriculture. Although there is a canal passing by the village but it's always dry due to bad administration and ignorance by the people. Water level is good-55 feets. People are very ordinary living. Main occupation is farming. Wheat, Potato, Pulses and Rice are main crops. Village has one government primary school and another private higher secondary school.

Village administration is being headed by Village Chief (Pradhan) as per Panchayati Raj Vyavastha (U.P. Government).

Jasmai, Hindupur, Divraniya, Chiravar are the neighbouring villages. All the villages are having social and communal harmony.

Vishungarh, a town nearby, is known for the royal family in British India.

Chhibramau and Bewar are two major towns in closest extremities of the village. People go there for shopping.
